Renames one or more barcodes in a single transaction. The request body is always an array, even for a single item, and each element carries the id of the barcode to rename. PUT is a full replace: barcode is the only writable field. All-or-nothing - an id that exists in no organization fails the whole batch with 404, one belonging to another organization with 403 (not-found takes precedence), an already-assigned barcode with 409, and a new value that is taken (or repeated within the batch) with 409 naming the offending index. A batch may hand a value along a chain - renaming to a value another item in the same batch is renaming away from is applied, not rejected - but two items that exchange values have no valid write order and are a 409. Items renaming to their current value are no-ops. The renamed barcodes are returned in request order. Capped at 200 barcodes per request. There is no bulk delete-by-state here: use DELETE.
