Display name of the compliance custom field. Required.

Customer-defined identifier for the field, used in integrations. Optional.

Field type that controls the input control and validation. Set at creation and cannot be changed afterwards.

Display order of the field within the compliance custom fields panel. Lower values appear first. Required.

Initial lifecycle state of the field. Defaults to active.

boolean

When true, the field is visible to brand users only and hidden from supplier users. Defaults to false.

isMandatory
boolean

When true, the field must be filled in before the certificate can be submitted. Defaults to false.

isMultiLine
boolean

When true, a text-type field is rendered as a multi-line text area. Defaults to false.

isSortByAllowedValueId
boolean

When true, allowed values are ordered by their insertion order rather than alphabetically. Defaults to false.

maxChar

Maximum character length allowed for a text-type field. Leave null for no limit.

allowedDecimals

Number of decimal places allowed for a numeric-type field. Defaults to 0 for whole numbers.

parentCustomFieldId
null | integer<int64>

Identifier of the parent field. Required for nestedAllowedValue children and null for all other types.

allowedValues
null | object[]

Initial selectable options for allowedValue and nestedAllowedValue fields. Null or omitted creates the field with no options.
